Description
A refreshing and simple watermelon and mint drink.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey, optional
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, mint leaves, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
- Stir in the cold water.
- If desired, sweeten with sugar or honey.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a slushier consistency, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
