A layered dessert featuring white chocolate, raspberries, and cake.

- 1 pound cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, gently toss raspberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Layer half of the cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Spoon half of the raspberry mixture over the cake.
- Drizzle half of the white chocolate mixture over the raspberries.
- Top with half of the whipped cream.
- Repeat layers with remaining cake, raspberries, white chocolate mixture, and whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can soak the cake cubes in a little milk or liqueur before layering.
- Garnish with extra raspberries or white chocolate shavings.
