- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into 1/2-inch rings
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until combined. Remove from heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grates. Place the pineapple rings on the grill.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and the pineapple is slightly softened.
- Remove the pineapple from the grill and place on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the warm cinnamon butter sauce over the grilled pineapple slices.
- Serve immediately.
