Yield: 8 large servings

Ingredients:
• 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (about 2 cups / 240 g)
• 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (70 g)
• 2 boxes (3.9 oz each / 110 g) instant chocolate pudding mix
• 3 cups cold whole milk (720 ml)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups whipped topping or homemade whipped cream (180 g)
• ½ cup chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (85 g)
• Extra whipped cream for topping

How to make it:

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter until the crumbs are fully coated.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust on the bottom and slightly up the sides.
  3. Place the crust in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes so it can firm up.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thick and smooth.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in the whipped topping to create a light, creamy chocolate pudding filling.
  6. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture evenly into the chilled crust.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 3–4 hours until fully set and sliceable.
  8. Before serving, top with extra whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips over the top.

Serve this No-Bake Chocolate Pudding Pie well chilled for the creamiest, most indulgent chocolate dessert.
